Enrollment Fee for all tiers is a $100 one-time charge.

Are you a member and have a friend or family member visiting that needs urgent care? We offer a single visit for $125 for non-members.

  • Annual Physical and Preventative Wellness Plan (unhurried 60 minute appointment)

Acute/Urgent Care Services

  • IV Hydration & Vitamin Supplementation offered at a discounted rate to our members.

Discounted Labs / Testing / Imaging

  • Use your insurance to cover the costs of labs ordered -or- we have discounted lab rates thru Quest and Labcorp.
  • Use your insurance for imaging -or- we'll guide you in choosing discounted imaging to suit your needs.

Discounted Meds & Travel Medicine

  • Skip the pharmacy when you aren't feeling well and get your medication at a discounted rate during your appointment. 
  • Don't get stuck trying to find a pharmacy when you are out of town and not feeling well. We customize a Travel Kit for you at an affordable cost. 

Live Well on Wheels

  • You may not always feel well enough to come in for a visit. Home visits are available for our members at an additional cost of $50/per visit. (Telemedicine is always available to our members when appropriate)

Business / Employer Pricing

  • Good employees are hard to find and are a valuable part of your business. Their health is important to the profitability of your company. Direct Primary Care will increase the quality of health care they receive and allows them timely access to care reducing their sick time.
  • Employers pay one affordable monthly fee per employee & they receive access to all care as outlined in our membership.
